Hello everybody! Today we are going to review Kids Against Maturity, a game where being the worst is the best! Kids Against Maturity is a game for 4 – 10 players ages 10 and up. If you like stickers you are also in luck! It also comes with a big sticker in the box.
Kids Against Maturity Overview
Setup and Game Play
The game is easy to set up. Give each player 10 answer cards. These are the white ones. The box says that the player with the hairiest knuckles goes first. My dad is always the first player. The first player is the judge for that round and reads a blue question card out loud to the group. After the question is read, all other players pick an answer card from their hands that goes best with the question and place it face down on the table. The cards are randomly given to the judge who then shows each answer and reads it out loud. The judge then picks the answer they like the best and gives the blue card to the player who gave the selected answer. Then it is the next player’s turn to be the judge. The first player that collects 3 blue cards is the winner.
Kids Against Maturity Impressions
I like that anyone can win this game. You don’t have to have the best card to get chosen. Sometimes the funniest or worst card will get selected. I really like when all the answers are read out loud because they are really funny and people are surprised and laugh a lot. When I am the judge, I like to choose the funniest answer to make everyone laugh. It is nice that a lot of people can play this game so no one is left out. We have a special rule in the game for someone that can’t read yet. They are the automatic judge, so they can be included too!
Final Verdict
This is one of my favorite games for Family Fridays. If you want to make everyone laugh and have a good time, Kids Against Maturity is a good game for you.
